La Jolla Sunset Homes
Jim C Weaver's mother, Dorothy Weaver, was a California licensed Real Estate Broker selling property in La Jolla from the 1950s through the 1980s. At her request, Jim obtained a California Real Estate Salesperson' license in 1969. With her as his mentor, he sold several homes in La Jolla during the next few years.
Jim then decided to attend Law School and became a practicing Lawyer in the 1980's. He has successfully specialized in personal injury cases, criminal cases and business law for 30 years.
At the request of his real property clients, who were earnestly seeking an ethical and knowledgeable broker to represent them, Jim has now decided to come full circle becoming a California Real Estate Broker. He has started a La Jolla Real-Estate company called La Jolla Sunset Homes and chosen his long time friend Florence Sarah Pollard to be his first sales agent. Together they are looking forward to the companies growth and future.
